The essence of our path
Casa do Tempo is more than a rural retreat. It is a living space where tourism becomes regeneration. For us, regeneration means giving back more than we receive, to nature, to people, and to the community. Every action, no matter how small, is a seed of change.
So what is Regenerative Tourism?
Regenerative tourism goes a little further than sustainability. It does not cancel it out, but deepens it. While sustainability seeks to reduce negative impacts and maintain balance, regeneration seeks to create conditions for life to flourish continuously, restoring ecosystems, strengthening communities, and restoring vitality to places.
Regenerative tourism is a process in which stakeholders in the tourism sector collectively take care and responsibility through decisions and practices to improve and enhance the natural, human, and built elements of a destination, allowing them to go beyond mere survival.

How we work on the 4 Pillars of Regeneration
At Casa do Tempo, we believe that regenerating means acting consciously every day, in the choices we make, in the people we collaborate with, and in the way we care for the land and our home. We work in a simple, practical, and honest way, aligning every decision with the purpose of leaving a positive impact. We create to improve, to learn, and to give back to the place part of what it gives us.
This is how we live these four pillars: People, Planet, Profit, and Purpose.
Purpose: To live with intention and presence
Time is our most precious asset. Casa do Tempo exists to invite you to discover the essence of time, a way to regenerate.
We created this project as a laboratory for conscious living, where every detail has intention.
We offer spaces for silence, reading, and contemplation for those seeking presence and reconnection.
We communicate authentically and transparently
We promote events and retreats with purpose, focused on well-being, regeneration, and nature.
The experiences and activities follow the rhythm of the seasons, respecting natural cycles.
